Historic Greer Depot
Step back in time to 1913 when downtown Greer had a thriving railway depot in the heart of the city. Steven & Cheryl Hawkins have transformed the Historic Greer Depot.
With the restoration and conversion of the former depot warehouse space, a new event venue and meeting space was created, opening its doors to the community in August 2021. The indoor event space is comprised of a 3,600 sq. ft. main room for your event, including modern ADA-accessible restrooms and a catering kitchen. In addition, a 900 sq. ft. outdoor rose garden space is also available for an intimate photography or cocktail hour setting.
Historic Greer Depot is nestled in the heart of the Greer Station Historic District at 300 Randall Street, Greer, SC 29651-3410. It is convenient to both Greenville (17 miles) and Spartanburg (18 miles), and only minutes away from GSP International Airport (5 miles). The venue is a short walk to lodging, restaurants, and retail outlets throughout the Historic District. Historic Greer Depot is the perfect setting for weddings, receptions, meetings, parties, or just about any social event you can think of… and is one of only a very few authentic railroad depots available as an event venue in South Carolina. When looking for a historic venue to make memories that will last a lifetime, look no further than Historic Greer Depot!
